Heart Transplant
Has anyone else with Cardiomyopathy been told that their only option left is a Heart Transplant? Just received this info from Hospital 4 days ago and it's left me feeling so numb. Is anyone else going through this.

Can we regenerate damaged organs in the lab?
I responded to someone’s question earlier about the need for liver transplants in the future. While looking at some videos online, I came across this one entitled “Can we regenerate damaged organs in the lab?”. I felt this video story which was put up recently (Feb 21) was just too good a story to warrant

The

kidney
that was transplanted. How do you all deal with this? We feel so overwhelmed. I keep having to fight with the school, he’s got no energy and has headaches pretty much 24/7.

Parathyroid Adenoma
Does anyone here have any experience with this? During an ultrasound of my thyroid an incidental finding of a small lesion was found which the doc says suggests parathyroid adenoma. My calcium levels were slightly low and then normal on my recent bloods.

Is there a difference between Collapsing Glomerulopathy and C3?
My son, 17, was just diagnosed with collapsing Glomerulopathy after having had a
kidney
transplant
in June of 2020. My doctor told me there is no known cases of it happening in pediatric patients and my son is the youngest she knows of to ever have it.

Had my scan back in March and haven’t even heard from my gynaecologist still. Has anyone managed to get there operation via NHS? Also
