Why Can't I Find list of 'week's to post under? Anyway Wk2 R1 done :-)
Just wanted to post under Week 2 but can't find it...help?🤦🏻‍♀️ Managed first run but did have couple of days inbetween last run and yesterday's as my Rheumatoid Arthritis was particularly bad. It wasn't great yesterday but I pushed myself and felt better mentally for doing it so onward and upwards

Arthritis and food.
I can see now that this forum is more about using medicine in every aspect of living with arthritis. I on the other hand do everything I can to help myself using natural remedies. They might not be as affective as the ones prescribed by doctors, but they do work and I believe they are more healthy

Has anyone had any benefit from upping Sulfasalazine from 4 tablets a day to 6 for rheumatoid arthritis?
I’m wondering if anyone can help I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis I’ve tried methotrexate before which doesn’t help as it makes me sick and made me lose a lot of hair. I’m currently taking sulfasalazine, I took it before I had my youngest son at 4 tablets a day which then it worked, but I stopped

Confused
Hi, 2 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed by a rheumatologist with RA. All the different medications that I’ve been on haven’t helped at all. So I went back to Mayo Clinic this last month & that rheumatologist told me that he didn’t see any RA. That I had significant osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, sicca disease

Wk 1 Day 1
Well just got back on it and completed day 1. Was quite tough as spent 2 years doing very little but fighting the pain and fatigue of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Was 00ok thpugh and straight away I remembered my breathing pattern from competing the C25K nearly 3 years ago. For me it about seeing if I can walk

Pain Relief on anticoagulants (Edoxaban
Am I right in assuming I cannot take anti inflammatory medications for pain while taking Edoxaban. I suffer from osteoarthritis in a lot of joints. Now my hip has started. As an avid bowler with a competition soon I really need to work through the pain. Any suggestions please.

Volunteers wanted in S.West for University of Bath study designing an app. that monitors RA disease progress
I'm a participant is this scheme and it's a great project. They're designing an app that uses digital tech (smart phone) to monitor disease activity in a way that will hopefully lead to quicker, more effective medical intervention when it's needed. You just need to be able to get to Bath for a first

#PancakeDay with RA
We took to the local High Street and asked the public to flip pancakes! The challenge was to flip a pancake, firstly as they would normally, and then with our RA glove which simulates what it is like to have Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) so that they could see the difference. Every single person said
