Support group

Anyone know of support group for spinal stenosis and osteoarthritis of spine, are pain management groups any good as Meds aren't. Thanks

Hi, as long as you don’t live in the wilderness, try calling CVS council for voluntary services as they normally have a list of different support groups in the area where you are, OR you could even create a support yourself and you’ll be surprised how people became visible when there’s some help.

you’ll also ring how much better you’ll feel in the knowledge plus you will become knowledgeable bout your own illnesses.

If you are on Facebook you can search for a group for spinal stenosis as I am sure there will be plenty. Make sure it is a closed group. Some of these groups can be very supportive and helpful,

Hi ,Ive been looking for the same maybe add one on here ? or there is the osteoarthritis in Action group on hear ,as the two can run together ,I have both and what's helpful for one isn't always for the other lol.
