Granocyte protocol- any experience?
My clinic has tried prednisolone, tacrolimus,
IVIG
as well as clexane and aspirin. They now want to try a granocyte protocol which seems to be injections of a growing stimulant every 3 day.

New Here - Diagnosed FND - but only one leg
I recently had
IVIG
treatment (for my nerve damaged leg) and I regained mobility in both legs almost immediately. It was short lived (2 weeks) and mobility issues returned to both legs. Very frustrating 😞 Would love to hear from anyone else with a similar issue.

Further problems with allergy - what to do?
I saw my GP again and he prescribed a blood test to check for various things, including whether there was an allergic reaction, and he also told me to talk to the doctor in charge of the day hospital where I have my monthly
IVIG
infusion.

Persistent pancytopenia/ "LGL"????
He has not had other symptoms, no night sweats, no frequent infections, no enlarged lymph nodes, and no treatment since discontinuing
IVIG
in 2018. Recently his hemo/onco doc has said he thinks my husband has ANOTHER blood cancer which went undiagnosed when the CLL was diagnosed and treated.

Rising Lymphocytes
About 6 months back I asked that a steroid be administered prior to
IVIG
that I receive every 4 weeks. Coincidentally, my lymphocytes began to rise and are now in the 90%+ range. Wondering whether others may have experienced a similar result? thanks, Dennis, Venetoclax

IVIG recommended
My oncologist is recommending
IVIG
infusions. Has anyone had these? How were the infusions tolerated? Thank you!

Need help in understanding immunoglobulins..
I keep reading the term
IVIG
on this site and I am wondering will we all have to have
IVIG
eventually as this disease progresses? As the number lowers, does it mean we will have more infections or hospitalizations without
IVIG
? I would rather have
IVIG
now before it gets too low.

IVIG vs Intralipid
Hi ladies, this is more for anyone that’s had immune treatment success… my question is, has anyone NOT been successful with Intralipid but been successful with
IVIG
?

Covid-Induced ITP Recovery Questions
I've been given
IVIG
like 4 times (8/9, 8/10, 8/17, 9/16) to stop me from bottoming out too low again while I wait for something to work, but no dice. Does anyone have any info about how long it may take to see if Rituximab has worked?

Low dose
ivig
6. Calcium 7. Other supplements like prenatal, D3, fish oil etc. 8. Progesterone and estrogen I don’t have any known issues. Apart from unexplained infertility . All my embryos were PGT normal. I am not sure what else I can do have success.

Unexpected remission - Maybe it will help (even one person)
I have had prednisone,
IVIG
(a lot) finally Rituximab nothing seemed to help and Ritux was deemed a failure. Also a few nasty Dexmethsone pulses. Fast forward I got Covid recovered ok then got very sick again soo short of breath almost passing out.

Good news and Bad news?
So do I start treatment - likely A only, A&V, or V&G, or A&O, or O&V (Gazyva is not recommended if platelets are less than 70K) - or do I try to deal with platelets with Rituximab, prednisone and
IVIG
and possibly Dexamethazone and kick the can down the road again on W&W, or PROMACTA or simply try some

complex question like your views please.
Just as a small point of interest I’m taking prophylactic antibiotics daily and haven’t been considered for
IVIG
don’t know why perhaps because it’s in short supply and cost and my immunoglobulins were .4 higher than the minimum to make me automatically get them and the fact I’ve somehow managed to remain

Is your Parkinson's diagnosis really idiopathic? Or is there an underlying cancer/autoimmune disorder?
If you've been diagnosed with PD and an autoimmune disease or cancer - have you been treated with
IVIG
and plasmapheresis or steroids? **This blew me away - 1% of people with a Huntington's disease phenotype (trait) do not have the Huntington gene mutation. WTF.

Please help! RLS is very bad, also have leukemia, hemochromatosis and severely low immune globulins. Never heard of augmentation till read
I still have extremely low gammaglobulins and the
IVIG
treatment is now making me have an allergic reaction so I can't take it. So I am very immune compromised. Also recently have become allergic to some antibiotics, drugs and bees!

*Sensitive* - OE Testing update - 11dp5dt
After much preparation: weight loss, exercise, supplementation, Quartet test (ERA, ALICE, EMMA), multiple rounds of antibiotics and multiple courses of probiotics, Immunes (Intralipid and Steroids - I was asked to do
IVIG
due to slightly elevated NK cells in the vagina and refused because I was afraid

Not injecting IVIG due to low IGA
Sorry, my text is too long, my question is, does anyone have the experience of not injecting
IVIG
due to low IGA? And do I with this immune system. Is it possible for me to have immunotherapy?
