this was my 3rd FET (first time with new clinic). Today found out it was a CP. last two was early mc. This time I was on multiple medications:

1. Prednisone

2.plaquinil

3. Baby aspirin

4. Lovenox

5. Low dose ivig

6. Calcium

7. Other supplements like prenatal, D3, fish oil etc.

8. Progesterone and estrogen

I don’t have any known issues. Apart from unexplained infertility . All my embryos were PGT normal.

I am not sure what else I can do have success.

Please suggest if anyone has any advice.

Thank you..

I am thinking of ERA test, I am not sure if you missed to mention it or you haven't done it. Probably is worth to try to have this test done especially if you have frozen embryos. Also another suggestion transfer 2 embryos. I know it may sound crazy but in some cases does work, although not all the clinics are transferring 2 PGS normal embryos. My suggestion comes because I can see you are on autoimmune protocol. If you transfer 2 then your body will more likely attack one and the other will survive. Also have you tested for lining inflammation endometritis (not endometriosis)?

Take care 💕

Thank Ranchu90 fir your reply.Yes I had tested for endometritis before transfer and it was normal.

My clinic does not do ERA but I have thought about it and I will ask doctor. Thank you again.

Sounds like you’re on all the right meds, would they be prepared to increase your dose of IVIG? If this was your first transfer on a full immune protocol, I would try again with a higher dose of IVIG… sometimes it just takes a couple of goes to get it right… good luck X

My immunologist said my immunology report is not too bad , very mild. So he started me with very low dose ivig . I have repeat panel scheduled this Tuesday, he said he can review after that.My fertility clinic don’t support immunology though.

I’m also under the care of a reproductive immunologist as my IVF clinic doesn’t support immune treatment. I have done 14 transfers so I know about ivf failures. The book ‘is your body baby friendly’ by Dr Alan Beer helped me understand immunology a lot more. I also agree with Ranchu in transferring 2 embryos next time…
