IVIG vs Intralipid

Hi ladies, this is more for anyone that’s had immune treatment success… my question is, has anyone NOT been successful with Intralipid but been successful with IVIG? About to have my 3rd transfer with Intralipids and my reproductive immunologist said that if this one doesn’t work, we have no choice but to do IVIG. The cost is so overwhelming and I’m just feeling a little deflated at the moment. Any positive stories of IVIG would be appreciated… I just feel like at this point nothing is going to work 😢😢

(Just to clarify, it will be my 14th transfer, but 3rd on immune protocol with Intralipids)

IVIG didn’t work for me, but Intralipida did - are you complementing the intralipids with steriods (over 25mg)? X

I’m on everything under the sun yes… dexamethasone, plaquinel, clexane and low dose naltrexone…

Are you also on prednisone? X

Dexamethasone is a steroid, it’s the same thing as prednisone.

How many times did you have IVIG?

My doctor said intralipids only work went supplemented with over 20mg steroids. I did IVIG once and had a chemical pregnancy, but there could be many factors to that. Perhaps use IVIG to see. I also had an HCG shot before transfer which maybe helped x
