Dreadful nights
I’ve done the
iron
infusion about a year ago without improvement . If there’s any suggestions I’d really welcome them. I’m at my wits end. thanks for reading this and giving it some thought.

Iron tablets - difference?
I’m based in the UK and am currently taking Ferrous Fumerate (switched from Ferrous Sulphate) to try to increase ferritin levels. My Ferritin levels had gone up and now seem to have dropped a little for some reason - new tests being done soon. I don’t know if this Ferrous Bisglycinate is available

Oral iron regimen
I had an
iron
infusion (Newcastle uk) last December which put my serum ferritin up from 37 to 237, and helped considerably. However, it has gradually slipped back to 180, so I am hoping to start the oral gentle
iron
. Please can someone remind me of the best time to take these, and dosage.

Weeping eye
I have been taking
iron
, b12 and vit d..as these were all pretty low. I am booked in to have bloods done in 2 weeks time. My question is why is my eye still weeping, it hasn't stopped since it first started. I also have a very slight nasal drip which he started at the same time.

time to try T3
I don’t suffer as badly as many people do but maybe I’ve just forgotten what optimum is…In an attempt to lift my T3 I have been taking supplements, the usual mix notably vit D and
iron
my ferritin was low as well as good B complex, it seemed to be working my last results showed an upward trend… Just

new to RLS
I’m now on
iron
supplements for a month. I’m worried the next time I see him, he will prescribe medication. He has mentioned this before and talked about compulsive disorder. Does this mean he will prescribe the dopamine medication? Do I refuse that? Many thanks!

Occasionally short of breath because, I think, below normal hemoglobin, platelet and
iron
levels consistent with bone marrow depletion. I have been on a keto low carb diet for about 2 months and I hope that helps in remission process.

still confused about my iron results
I’ve now redone my
iron
panel with medichecks and have similar results to last time. I can’t work out why my ferritin continues to drop. And what I can do about it as I know I need higher ferritin levels for optimum thyroid hormone function. …………………………… Ferritin……….

Burning hands and feet
The good news is all bloods are within normal range including the ones in the
iron
section which are now behaving. And I see Guys in June so all of this may change. My question is any tips on living with the cold sensation , and are the neuropathic socks I've seen sold any good?

Put me on a stronger
iron
supplement and will do infusion if that doesn't help. So I will wean off Ropinirole and pray the Gabapentin works. It's so difficult to get something like Hydrocodone here with all the hype about so many people getting addicted.

what next?
I would have thought the
iron
infusions would have helped but they don’t seem to have made a difference. Any insight on possible options? He is currently using THC and a sleeping pill, Mirtazapine which sometimes helps through the first 3-4 hour of sleep.
