any tips/advice
But was told that my
iron
, ferritin and vitamin d was ok. I was wondering if there was any advice on how to feel a bit healthier.? I was as diagnosed in around 2018 with hashimotos and put on levothyroxine. No other advice was given only that i would have to basically put up with my symptoms.

High Transferrin Saturation without optimal iron levels
Hello, I am currently trying to get my
iron
levels up and they are slowly creeping in the right direction. However. My latest bloods show that my TSAT is now too high at 65% (up from 39% two months ago), and ferritin at 70ug/L (up from 65ug/L.)

Given up with GPs!
As I said before my GP didn’t agree that I needed an
iron
infusion and had never heard of brain
iron
deficiency. I don’t know what to do. Should I take a different kind of supplement? I also take 300mg of Gabapentin 4 hours before bed and 600mg 1-2 hours before bed.

I am gluten- free and have been taking Vitamin D3 and
iron
/ B vitamins for the last few weeks. I stopped my
iron
/b vitamins a week before my blood tests, which were taken at 8.30am after fasting. I am not taking levothyroxine or other thyroid medication.

What should my optimal vitamin levels be please?
Iron
was low and I’ve recently retested for that after supplementing for about 3 months. Ferritin is now at 65 ug/L Folate has dropped from >45 a year ago to 8.5ug/L My question is what should they ideally be? The range is large, but what is optimal for thyroid function? Many thanks!

Fine tuning dose.
I've got an
iron
test and female hormones test on the way to see if that sheds some light. I'd be grateful for some input! Witchy x Edit: to add results!

Help boosting thyroid without medication?
I have been taking Magnesium and Vit D spray daily as well as Thyroid Complex by Biocare but I think I need to take more supplements, I have managed to get my ferritin up to a better level of around 70 after years of taking
iron
supplements.

Jak 2 exon 12
My rbc and hemoglobin and
iron
are all high but my mcv hct mch mchc are all. Within range. I tested negative for jak 2 test last year 2022. But because my rbc and hemoglobin are still up my haematology has done a jak 2 exon 12 because they can't under why my bloods are still up.

hypo/hashis pregnancy bloods and vitimins
I am asking for monthly bloods for:
iron
studies, folate, vit D, B12, TPo and TGa antibodies. They are being very difficult around giving me all of these so my private endo got involved but has cc’d them in saying that monthly T3 isn’t necessary. Is this true?

Buprenorphine
I did wonder also whether it could be a result of the
Iron
Infusion I had last year. I may well be overthinking this but I just want to be prepared in case he does say I have to stop the Buprenorphine. Many thanks.

My 3 Arrows Heme Iron has finally arrived! How do I dose it?
At my last blood test my
iron
was low, not deficient and not low enough for a doctor to comment. But lower than I want and I struggle to keep Ferritin half decent. I've never had good Ferritin. So how do you take your 3 Arrows Heme
Iron
? How much and how regularly?
