time to try T3

Hypothyroid - 20 years always on T4 but same brand Mercury Pharma, currently taking 150mcg. Like everyone I private test to get T3 T4 have paid in the past to see private endocrinologists and am reasonably well informed (mainly through this forum).

I don’t suffer as badly as many people do but maybe I’ve just forgotten what optimum is…In an attempt to lift my T3 I have been taking supplements, the usual mix notably vit D and iron my ferritin was low as well as good B complex, it seemed to be working my last results showed an upward trend… Just tested again and it’s going the other way.

I think I need to try T3 can anyone advise a good reliable source please.

Have posted my latest results which also tracks previous ones.

I don’t have any recommendations unfortunately but I’m sure you will get those soon. Just wanted to say this resonates so much with me, I’m not as bad as some I read about, have tried optimising my vitamins etc but also wonder if I’ll ever get back to ‘normal’ without extra help. Fingers crossed for you.
