Hello, Having B12 defiency my GP has been prescribing me oral B12 which got my levels to normal but hasnāt changed my symptoms. She then prescribed blood tests for parietal cell antibodies and intrinsic factor antibodies. Both were negative. She says therefore I only need B12 orally and not injections

How to persuade TSH-obsessed Endo I'm not over-replaced (on T3-only)?
Hello, I am posting because I'm hoping for some advice for an Endo meeting on Tuesday. There is a possibility that the NHS Endocrinology team at my local hospital might just be contemplating 'widening' their approach to T3 (historically for me, a violent slam in the face 'NO! Get off T3 immediately or

Fatigue, coma naps and pituitary
Hey everyone, Has anyone experienced such bouts of fatigue where you fall asleep and you just have to fall asleep that given moment and you are gone for an hour? This started happening to me in July last year, but got increasingly worse over time. I thought it was my iron, but I fixed that with iron

Iron Infusion Side Effects?
I inherited thalassemia anemia and have ET JAK2+ for nearly two years so odd red blood cells and higher than normal platelets among other things are my norm. A week ago hematologist recommended iron infusion of a different blend than I had once before quite a while back. That infusion was difficult
