IVF transfer protolols (adenomyosis / endometriosis)
Hey there fellow warriors. I am agonising over IVF transfer protocols. After a year of batch stimming I am very fortunate to have 3 euploid blastocysts on ice ready to transfer. I have had five failed transfers (x2 miscarriages, 3 BFNs) and feel like I have tried everything already in terms of protocols

itp(information)
Hi all, I have been dealing with Itp since December 2022. My numbers fluctuate from 50k-76k. In march 2024 I had an Ivig infusion with decadron 10mg to increase platelets for a dental surgery. Before the infusion my platelets were 76k. I have done 3 tests from march till now and platelets are decreasing

Immune issues with donor eggs
Hi there,I'm just wondering if any of you have been successful with using donor eggs if you have an auto immune issue or have elevated NK cells and/or cytokines. I'm worried that we will go down the donor route and then fail anyway because of my immune issues despite any embryos being good quality.

IvIg Infusions
Finished my IvIg infusions this week. After my two infusions (been doing this for almost 3 years) I’m getting more and more fatigued as time goes by. It takes me up to 3-5 days to get over. It has done a wonderful job at keeping me well. I certainly don’t want to come across as ungrateful. Any pointers

Recurrent implantation failure - please give me hope
Hello my lovely support team. I'll try and keep this rotten history of mine very very brief.......43 years old, all embryos created between 40-42. Trying since I was 36. Just one natural chemical at 41yo. So far, 5 failed transfers of 6 good-decent embryos. All bfn, no chemicals or anything else. 4 collections

Success stories/advice after multiple miscarriages
Hi, I’ve had it confirmed today that I’m having a missed miscarriage. Should have been 7+5 weeks but the gestational sac was empty (I’ve had multiple scans over the past 12 days so it’s definitely over). This is now my third miscarriage so I can add the 1% recurrent miscarriage statistic to all these

Follow up T3 question
Okay, so, it has only recently reached my consciousness that the fact that my thyroid "died" (I got a goiter and my TSH was only barely above "normal" so at first they didn't want to treat me even though I gained 30lbs in a month and lost all my body hair and on and on) at the exact same moment (literally

CLL + Bladder cancer + prostate cancer
I've been diagnosed with Cll since 2016 and been on Acalabrutinib for 2 years which is working really well along with monthly plasma ivig infusions. I'm 63 and male and fit and active. I just got diagnosed with Bladder cancer with a medium grade carcinoma. My uroligist has burnt the 2 spots she found

Intralipids, IVIG experience?
Hi, is there any of you who suffered from a number of implantation failures and finally achieved successful pregnancy by using intralipids / IVIG? Any good (or bad) experiences of using them?

IVIg infusion clinic help
hello, I have been advised to do both intralipid and Ivig infusion for my next FET with immunotherapy. Our doctor is ok for us to do IVIG elsewhere to save money. I’m based in London and prices for IVIg are scary. I’ve read of people who travelled to do it abroad: where did you go? What countries/

Advice needed
Hi everyone - after a bit of advice from the collective brain :) We are incredibly lucky enough to have a little boy from our 6th transfer in 2021, and had 5 frozen embryos at the clinic should we decide to try for a sibling. We've now done 2 FETs with exactly the same protocol (steroids / intralipids

IVIG with CALR ET
Has anyone with ET/MPN ever received IVIG? I have ET and my platelets are in the mid to high 500k range on 1000mg HU daily. IVIG has a risk for blood clots but it appears to be one of the few things that might help with a severe neuropathy I’ve developed. My docs think I will be ok but I am quite nervous

feeling abandoned
hello I have posted on here before, I was first diagnosing in 2020 Stage 3C. I had absolutely no idea on that day I was to be told this devastating news. The Consultant that day never even looked up from his papers and just continued to write. When I looked shocked he said you must have known of

Suggestions welcomed
Finished my 6th Docetaxil infusion a month ago. Didn't get the results I was looking for. Psma scan shows some gone, some smaller, nothing new. MO wants me to do 3 more. TA pointed out about diminishing returns on any more Infusions. Has me wondering if it's worth it. Mild NP and chemo legs have been
