Hi all,

I have been dealing with Itp since December 2022. My numbers fluctuate from 50k-76k. In march 2024 I had an Ivig infusion with decadron 10mg to increase platelets for a dental surgery. Before the infusion my platelets were 76k. I have done 3 tests from march till now and platelets are decreasing like never before 48k; 42k and yesterday 40k.

I am not sure what to think, but I do believe is because of the Ivig infusion and decadron that I had in March for first time ever, just one treatment ever and stopped.

please help me if you have any information regarding this issue.
