IVIG and prednisone luck with PGS tested embryos after Multiple failed implantation

About to cycle soon and wanted to hear some positive stories if anyone had immune treatment with steroids.

I'm due to have a Hycosy for my uterus to check there's no issues then cycle the month after.

Hi Poop84, I’m 23 weeks pregnant on my 6th transfer. We moved to donor eggs after 3 failed transfers and IVF still didn’t work for us. I had a lot of immune treatment before and during this 6th transfer using Humira, hydroxychloroquine, prednisolone, fragmin and intralipids and it’s the only pregnancy that has continued for me. Congrats! So happy for you. Did you use ivig before? Or steroids before?

Thank you. Fingers crossed. I used humira and hydroxychloroquine 3 months before transfers. Hydroxychloroquine continued to 16 weeks of pregnancy. I started 25mg of steroids a week before transfer and continued them to 12 weeks and then started weaning off them. I also had an intralipid infusion 7 days before transfer and then monthly to 20 weeks. I think IVIG is meant to be good. I had off the scale Natural killer cells and so my regime was more intense than others might be.

Hi. Pleased about the hyCoSy, in case any blockage causing excess fluid to prevent implantation. Prednisolone to boost immune system. My advise would be to wean off them slowly, even though it will be a low dose. Good luck. Diane
