B12 and anxiety
I suffer from low b12 levels - 130 which were corrected 3 years back with b12 shots ( neurobion injections 1000 mcg) . However, since my body is unable to absorb b12 from food, I had been taking b12 shots every 3 months till last year. However, for the past 6 months I am unable to take b12 injections

Vitamin V6
I’m about to start taking Vitamin B12 supplements (Dr’s best) to boost my B12, mine is within range but trying to get it on the upper side rather than the lower end. I’ve read it’s best to take Vit B6 along side it to aid absorption, can anyone recommend a good brand?

Hi, Please can anyone tell me where I can get B12 injections from? I know a nurse that can administer them. Also, what’s the best supplement to take if Ferritin levels are low and Vitamin D and Serum Folate? Below are the results. Thanks guys.

Low magnesium Levels make vitamin D ineffective...

Growth Hormone Deficiency
I know it’s not strictly pernicious anaemia, but it all seems interlinked...Has anyone else on here been diagnosed with a combination of growth hormone deficiency, hypothyroidism, b12 deficiency, vitamin mal-absorption and amenorrhoea? Have been told I’m an “anomaly” and am waiting for new medications

Hi to everyone, I"ve been reading yours experiences so I decided to share mine. I did blood test for all minerals, CBC, CRP, B12, Vitamin D and Folic acid.
