Do you think iron supplements would raise ggt levels

Do you think iron supplements would raise ggt levels. My ggt liver level is slightly elwvated. I have been taking iron supplements.

Also would iron levels increase tsh levels?

I can't imagine why supplementing iron would raise GGT or TSH.
