Any one please tell me how to find that i have b12 absorption?

there are a number of conditions that can cause problems absorbing B12, including PA, SIBO, Coeliacs, Crohn's, low stomach acidity, and various drug interactions. There aren't any specific tests for identifying an absorption problem beyond observing a significant drop in B12 levels over time.

Tests for the specific causes have varying sensitivity - which is a way of saying that for some of them a negative result doesn't rule out the existence of the condition. the test for PA gives false negatives roughly 50% of the time.
