Levo/NDT and vitamin/mineral taking

Hi guys,

I havea vitamin D deficiency and am taking vit d, magnesium and vitamin k2 to bring my levels up. Just wondered if I can take them with my ndt in the morning? Also asking for a friend who is on levo.She is also taking iron with b6 (thats 3 hours apart from levo?)

For maximum absorption Levothyroxine and NDT should be taken with water 1 hour before, or 2 hours after, food and drink, 2 hours away from other medication and supplements, and 4 hours away from calcium, iron, vitamin D supplements, magnesium and oestrogen.
