Low Vitamin D level linked to Covid19 complications & mortality - Study on Data from 20 countries.
Interesting study reveals there is a link between Vitamin D level & Vulnerability to Covid19 infection... Covid19 affected people in Italy and Spain had very low level of vitamin D level than the Northern European nations... Incidentally, most Type 2 diabetes are normally have low vitamin D level...

Suffering symptoms of b12 deficiency whilst not getting b12 injections
I'm suffering with extreme tiredness aches all over and pins and needles in fingers and toes. I'm going for b12 blood test next week full blood count and intrinsic factor. I'm really upset that I have to suffer these symptoms and I am worried that it will show a high reading as it has done before.

Before supplementing with more T3, should IRON be adjusted?
Below are my new Thyroid and Iron Results. I have been supplementing with 15 mg Liquid Iron as Ferric Pyrophosphate every day and 18 mg of Ferrochel Iron Bisglycinate18 mg every other day for the past year to raise Ferritin levels because of front hair loss. However, my latest tests show no improvement

Paramedic views on B12 deficiency
I recently had to call out a paramedic. My call to 111 service for advice resulted in the arrival of an ambulance. When the

Where can I get B12 injections
I was hoping to get some B12 injections from Versandapo.in Germany, but they are not shipping outside of Germany at the moment. Does anyone know where else I can get some B12 injections.

Blood test advice, specifically Iron
I am currently on 100mcg of thyroxine, but have been struggling over the last year with tiredness and dizziness, dry skin, hair loss. I did a private test last year (I will attach more pics in the comments), this identified low vit D and folate and also low ferritin. I took this to my GP who advised

Weird symptoms- B12 deficiency?
Hi, I'm a male 26 y.o. In the last year I started to suffer from unexplained serious symtpoms. The first one was hair loss. Hundreds of hairs are falling each day from all over the head including eyelashes and eyebrows(diagnosed by my derm as Telogen Effluvium). Then, came muscle pains, stomach pains

If active B12 is well in range, do you not need to increase injections?
It took me ages to get B12 injections on the NHS and I was never properly diagnosed with anything, IF and GPC were negative and I was put on B12 injections every 3 months for life. I was diagnosed at a B12 level of 105 and I'm not vegan, anorexic etc This was 5 years ago however I wonder whether my deficiency

High mcv and high b12. Really worried.
Hey, My B12 in blood is over 1000! and mcv almost on the limit. Am I not absorbing B12 into the cells and it stays in blood? I haven't supplementing for month before doing test. My iron is within range but ferritin is low. I have mthfr mutation but taking supplements for that.

Desperately seeking reassurance, advice etc. I've had on and off heart palpations and ectopic beats since I lost a lot of blood during child birth 7 years ago. That's when it all started. I've had all the checks but my heart is structurally fine. The doctor thinks because my iron is very low this
