Side effects from weekly injections
im now living on a diet of
ibuprofen
to control muscle pain?! Had a full massage today which helped, any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m 57 work full time, elderly parents & an autistic son, so time isn’t something I have apart from nanny napping 😴 when I can!?

PMR - need to take back control - GP call tomorrow
I don't believe that I have fibro, because of steroid response and also a lot of my pain and stiffness responded to
ibuprofen
pre pred. GP ruled out the trigger points.

question regarding otc pain relief
Tylenol damages liver,
ibuprofen
damaged the kidneys. Zytiga isn’t good for either the liver or kidneys, but so far my numbers look ok after 18 months on this stuff. Any suggestions of which otc pain is better to take once per day.

He also takes daily
ibuprofen
and continues to exercise. Hubby has finished 8 of 20 RT sessions. Now, for a couple of hours after sessions, he has urgency and pees every 10 minutes. And today, he had the first uncontrollable BM, again within two hours after treatment.

Biliary colic attack.
I have seen a consultant & he advised it was biliary colic & gave me Buscopan & Co Codamol. ( I cannot take
Ibuprofen
). Have had just such an attack since the weekend & today I have had very watery yellowy diarrhoea ( sorry to be graphic ). Have taken Immodium for it.

When the drugs don’t work
Mum had a heart attack in 2017, in part I believe from the use of
Ibuprofen
which the Doctors knew she took to try and control the pain. However she is no longer allowed to take NSAIDs and was finally placed on pain controlling meds; slow release MST and Tramadol.

Fibro - flashes of nerve pain throughout the body or not?
I've got paracetamol, co-codamol and
ibuprofen
which I'm managing with, but I did feel irritated by his comment. I'd be interested to know if others have symptoms of fibromyalgia which are similar to mine.

Hello
I delayed starting the prescription of Hydroxychloroquine till this January passed, and used
ibuprofen
gel to treat my flares. I found most of my friends to be really understanding, but some of them didn’t seem to get it.

Newbie looking for advice, laparoscopy booked but I’m confused!
On another note I take 60mg codeine, 400mg
ibuprofen
, 500mg naproxen and 1g paracetamol at my worst (ovulating or bleeding) and the pain still keeps me up at night and brings me to tears but he also said there’s nothing more they can do for pain relief.

Enlarged Prostate Medication
As a result of the Heart Failure I can’t take normal Painkillers like
Ibuprofen
etc so this is very difficult! I was prescribed Tamsulosin which I took for a short time as I suffered with Rhinitis which I understand can be a side effect. The GP then prescribed Doxazosin with the same effect.
