Any suggestions???
I am having oral surgery on Friday to remove some teeth and they are giving me
ibuprofen
800‘s and a pain pill, I believe it’s Norco. This makes my tinnitus sounds to become very loud and unbearable!

First Herpes Outbreak. Severe. Can't go to the bathroom please help.
I am on
ibuprofen
a few times a day. I've taken baths for relief and to pee and it helps but honestly nothing completely relieves the pain. This is literally the worst and I want to die. I don't want to be dramatic but I was already depressed and this just brought down my world.

Chronic laryngitis
It’s helped by drinking warm water, putting a hot wheatie on my neck and
ibuprofen
. It happens every few weeks. It always goes away when I take steroids. I’m only on hydroxy 400mg daily and paracetamol/
ibuprofen
when necessary for joint pain and migraine.

Pericarditis diagnosed 10 weeks ago/now don't know what it is?
I was diagnosed with Acute Pericarditis 10 weeks ago however after 8 weeks of treatment colchicine,
ibuprofen
, co-codamol my symptoms were getting worse. At the moment my cardiologist doesn't know what it is but he's pretty sure its not pericarditis.

Eager to run today w7r3
After a couple of rounds of
ibuprofen
through the day my back loosened up. I was only planning to walk for a bit but I felt so mentally and physically ready and really keen to run.

PMR or not?
I was given strong paracetamol,
ibuprofen
, naprosyn, tramadol & amitriptyline & none of these even took the edge off the pain I was in. I could hardly walk, getting in & out of vehicles was a major struggle, couldn’t sleep at night at all.

Coming out of Denial!
I began using triptans to relieve the pain at its worst but this quckly became a daily cycle of use, in addition to paracetemol and
ibuprofen
. In my effort to avoid any dependancy on preventatives, I was practically addicted to abortives, that had very litte effect on the migraines.

Taking ibuprofen for one month
My brother takes
ibuprofen
for about to reduce a pain due to tendinitis in the elbow. He is doing some exercise prescribed by a physiotherapist. Only those exercise does not help. Is it bad to take for about one month?

Everything hurts - almost.
There's been the Prednisolone rollercoaster - currently at 5mgs daily and of course the OTC's, paracetamol and
ibuprofen
- haven't tried co-codamol yet but will be asking for it to get a decent night's sleep. Fortunately, we have an adjustable bed so I sleep completely upright which does help.

Injured on week one! 😞
. 😟 I took some
ibuprofen
, and have spent the day resting and putting an ice pack on and off it. I don't know what i have done as I still can't walk normally, so can't see myself running for a while now, so am feeling rather sorry for myself! 😩

Salicylate Intolerance Causing My (or Your!) RLS?
These occur naturally in fruit and are high in medicines like aspirin &
ibuprofen
(not actually a salicylate but related, as in its a NSAID with similar properties and similar side effects) .

On the Bench again!!
I took
ibuprofen
, then later sprayed Deep Heat and eventually gave in and took Naproxen. Didn’t touch it!!! Spent the night in agony, then Sunday more painkillers and deep heat and thought I was feeling better. Woke at 4.00am and realised I wasn’t!!!

Is it normal to feel pain a week after Laparoscopy?
I was prescribed 600 mg of
ibuprofen
and hydrocodone. The doctor informed me that I would likely need to take the hydrocodone for a few days but to stop taking it once the
ibuprofen
was enough. Fortunately for me, the pain relief went smoothly and I didn't have to take the hydrocone.
