hi all seem to be getting stronger again after set back, I think maybe my chest problem was self induced, over Christmas and new year I was taking copious amounts of ibuprofen to deal with my arthritic hip and have since found out if you suffer with asthma as I do you should not take it as it causes breathlessness maybe this could have set my chest problem off anyway I just thought I would share this as a warning to maybe help others

Whoops yes! I wonder if you've been getting good professional support with both the asthma and the arthritis themselves as the ibuprofen no-no usually comes up then.
Bet you are chuffed to feel you may have got to the bottom of it and perhaps to be able to show it a clean pair of heels.
