Painkillers

Hi all, I’ve been avoiding ibuprofen during our time trying to conceive as I’ve read it’s not good for you when trying to get pregnant. However I’ve got awful backache and paracetamol is just not helping. I’m not currently going through a cycle anyone know if it would be really harmful to take some today to try and ease this pain?

I would take the ibuprofen. It sounds like you’re suffering unnecessarily by not taking them xx

It is so hard to decide what to do or not. In the end we always feel like we should have done something different no matter what we choose to do.

I was having really bad headaches and Paracetamol was not working, but was told by my clinic to keep taking paracetamol. It was awful 10 days but it passed.

Hope that you are feeling better today.

Good luck with the whole precess
