I tried both and it did not work for me. I was In agony after acupuncture, tried a chiropractor who said it was a pulled muscle, waste of money for me. Reiki is always nice but what did it do for me I am not sure. Tramadol & genpain helped at first. Hydrotherapy helps Best to try and see

Hypnosis
I have been listening to hypnosis for weight loss on YouTube. Don't know seems to be working for me. I not saying it's brilliant give it a go. Maybe I should look a bit more into it just wondering if anyone else has gone down this path let me know what you think Gareth

College student with IBSC. Please help
So I went to a GI doctor today and they diagnosed me with IBS-C. My doctor told me to take 8-10 FL oz of magnesium citrate today and then start Linzess tomorrow. I am also now on low fodmap diet. Should I be considered that I haven’t had a bowel movement even from taking this high intensity laxative

My First Hydrotherapy Appontment
Was very enjoyable! I’ve hankered after this for a couple of years, with therapists wavering between “too many calories expended“ and “will increase your appetite “. It’s so much easier to do the physio exercises in the water, to do more repetitions, and to feel exactly where the weakest, most painful

Vertigo and dizziness-Eply maneuver? What helps symptoms?
Does the Eply Manuever ever help your FND related Vertigo and Dizziness? My dizziness and balance issues are becoming more frequent. What can I do? Also has anyone had success with treating FND pain with hypnosis? Does your diet help your FND? Is so, what do you eat to keep from having increased symptoms

Hypnotherapy
I've read good things that
hypnotherapy
can help with alleviating anxiety symptoms and can help with coping. Anyone ever tried this and has it worked for you? I'm so desperate to try anything at this point. I feel like I'm going to lose it sometimes.

Occupational health ivf anxiety and endo
I currently have
hypnotherapy
, using breathing techniques, stick my head phones in during the painful conversations (although hard cos happening all day everyday). What can I expect from them? I'm terrified they won't help me and will just be there to protect the business to push me out.

Has anyone else suffered symptoms of the head due to anxiety
Im trying
hypnotherapy
at the moment, and it has helped, but knowing others have these symptoms would really help me out!

Swing and a Miss
With
hypnotherapy
I am able to calm the issues that are my FND in action. What I find is it is leaving behind a clearly visible and puzzling condition. My issue now is past the FND. It simply aggravates my FND but I am not in distress due to FND.

How do you prevent aches and pains during the cold season?
The cold and damp weather can also cause changes to people’s exercise plans. We have an instinct during winter to hibernate; however, a lack of physical activity will cause joints to become stiff. Exercise eases arthritis pain. It increases strength and flexibility, reduces joint pain, and helps combat

All Of Me
I was given a list of
hypnotherapy
, yoga, diet, and wishful thinking to "fix" this. I did try a few medications, but they made it all worse, so they were quickly stopped. Have the changes recommended calmed any part of this condition? Yes.
