Can't lose weight!
It's now been 6 weeks of absolutely no weight loss, no inches, no nothing and I have been exercising 5 times a week (HIIT, using weights & bodyweight exercises & walking). I've been tracking my calories/fat/sugar/protein and also been listening to weight loss sleep hypnosis app/Youtube and they've been

Did 4 sessions of
hypnotherapy
. Had a suicidal cluster of half assed attempts. Been on some sort of sleeping medicine for 7 months. Fight with my wife constantly. My kids ate starting to act up more. Almost spent a night at a crisis center. I basically just hide it now.

Anyone tried
hypnotherapy
for their anxiety? I’m starting next week. Does it work? I’ve been in and out of therapy for over 20 years so I hope this works!

CBT - How low can you go?
I took up
hypnotherapy
with age regression and acupuncture. I unlocked a LOT of pain, and it goes way back. Back to infancy, when I violently abused by my mother. She hated me. I reminded her of my father... or at least that's what she told the police when they asked her why.

Does anyone suffer with nerve pain in the legs?
I am mature aged (71) diagnosed with FM over 20 years ago. For some years I have had nerve pain in my upper thigh but around the front of the leg. It mostly affects me after I have been walking, and not a great distance. When it reaches the most painful state I have described the pain like someone rubbing

Stopping By
Good morning all, I trust everyone continues this gruelling uphill climb and forward march against APC! We have had some challenging last few months. Hubby has been in and out of the hospital. Cancer has metastasized to the liver (“severe multiple lesions”) and several more boney sights. Pain, nausea

Hydrotherapy manchester area, is there any?
I see a few people on here with fibromyalgia having hydrotherapy, my GP has been told there is none here where I live. Any fellow sufferers in Manchester area do you know where hydrotherapy available and how did you get it?

Will I ever do it?
Hi all I am new on this site. I have smoked for 60 years now. Have tried to stop on several occasions with tablets, hypnosis and just willpower on other occasions, but I always relapsed. I do want to stop, but being an octogenarian my incentive now is a bit suspect, say the least. I fully understand
