Anxiety sufferer

Hi I have anxiety it stems from childhood of domestic volience and it manifested into IBS D which has left me unable to travel well which is really not good in life

I also get anxiety if I have to wait somewhere

I’ve had therapy counselling CBT hypnotherapy regression and it simply is sad that your childhood can mess your life up

I agree. It is not fair at all. The anxiety is imprinted from an early age and the nervous system is wired for hyper vigilance. Keep fighting. You can find some relief. I think I will always have to be involved in my recovery. Things are getting better little by little.
