Low Blood Pressure
Within the last few months my blood pressure has been registering at times 80/50 to 95/65. This fluctuates usually between noon and 5 pm. Any time before and after is usually around a normal reading. 120/80. It causes me at times to get extremely fatigued and light headed. I've been on a clinical trial

Is this a suitable diet plan for weight loss?
Hi, I currently weigh 12 stone ( 168 pounds). I am 5 foot 8. I used to be size 8, however now would be size 12. I am wanting to drop at least 2 stone so I am back to 10 stone. Would eating this diet plan every day along with around 5 hours of exercise per week be enough to lose me 2 stone? Breakfast

Rife Ultrasonic therapy cured my platelet crashes by killing the organisim that I caught when I traveled abroad that caused my ITP
I want to say to the researchers that I was cured from a 7 month serious platlet crashing and every 2 weeks IVIG injection ITP ride within one month after a Sept 2017 Rife treatment and 2 weeks of Parasite medication. Rife is ultrasonic waves (like an opera singer breakes a glass with voice) that target

Favorite Vegan Recipes Part 1
Favorite Vegan Recipes Part 1 I wanted to share some go-to vegan dishes I cook at home. These vegan dishes help me maintain a healthy diet, I don’t feel so full and bloated afterward, and I’m satisfied for the night before going to bed. It is only the beginning, and I am currently looking for more recipes

Embarrassing issue
So in the last week or so, every time I urinate, I get an odd sensation where my urine seems to stop for about half a second at the tip of my penis before coming out. At this point I feel a little discomfort. I’ve suffered with a frequency issue for about 15 years now, I’ve always been too afraid to

Peaceful Period Hacks
Peaceful Period Hacks I’ve been picky with food lately, looking at food I would think to myself, “I already know how I am going to digest that,” “hmm, do I want to taste mucus build-up from eating or drinking that.” Without it being forced, my diet shifted, and when that time of the month rolled around

Hard epididymis
Hi, just looking for some advice to see if anyone else has this same experience... I'm 43 years old and had vasectomy 3 years ago. I have had aching testicles intermittently since then and I do suspect a varicocele on the right side as I can feel a large collection of tubes/veins. But my main concern

Diabetes and rapid muscle loss
Hi I am 58. For the last one year I am continuously losing my leg muscles. My diabetes is 7.5. Is the diabetes reason for this ? I have hypertension also and take medication for both. Can anyone suggest how to regain muscles?

Nine months post chemo visit
So here I am. Back at what will soon be the largest blood cancer centre in Europe. The queue for the blood test today made you think the extra patients are already here!. And I suppose I only have myself to blame going on so much about how UCLH have saved my life, and how good the A and E is, not

From Port to Picc...
Still no blood return with my dad’s port. He had chemo in his arm vein again today.I had to leave him and go to work; asked the nurses if someone could call me to tell me how he did, and if there was any change in the game plan...nobody called me, so I wonder how long they let the TPA or whatever clotbuster
