Swollen Leg
Anyone dealing with a swollen leg? Just had a bunch of tests run that ruled out clots or infection so it’s looking like it’s due to my bone mets/lesions. My left thigh from hip to knee is about twice the width of my right thigh. Swelling started about two weeks ago and continues to get worse. Figured

Good healthy living can be fun and you will feel great!
There are so many easy food guide meals. Morrison's for one ,do great low fat meals and all good quality. Do a stir fry takes mins to do! the chopping makes it more enjoyable. The best thing yet, have a chop day and put all the lovely stuff in a slow cooker, you will have meals for days!! cook for 10

Day 41: Back to Motivated.
I love days when your motivation is back to the levels you were at when you first started the
healthy
living
/weight loss campaign. Last week wasn't great, so I am determined that this week is going to be. I hope that everyone's motivation is also staying strong.

Quiche
This was what I had tonight. I also had asparagus and a Greek yogurt on the side. The crust was made with yellow rice and two different types of cheese and fake bacon pieces mixed in. Very good and low carb high protein. There are leftovers for another dinner.😀👍

Week one!
First week trying to eat a bit healthier and staying within recommended calories! I’ve been having my homemade tomato soup (lots made and in the freezer!!), and also as suggested last time I posted, I’ve been making my own ceaser chicken wraps instead of going to Costa! If I’m on a long day at work,

Feel so low
Good morning Today I have woken feeling poorly and not well inside my body. It’s hard to explain. I have been following low carb for 3 weeks and although I had a loss first week 8lbs I have stayed the same the last 2 weeks. I do feel I have lost inches but just don’t feel healthy if that makes sense?
