Hello everyone, I am 38 and recently been diagnosed with Liver Fibrosis,Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertention and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome along with adenomyosis ..I have a 2 years old daughter and now more than ever I eat ,drink , excercise, rest and meditate as if my life depends on it . I am committed to hopefully be able to reverse it and leave my unhealthy lifestyle behind and focus on living a more conscious and healthy life .

Hi Bootandall, my recent diagnosis has freed me from emotional eating .It put me in a persfective of eating drinking meditating and resting as if my life depends on it .Because i know if I didn't do anything about mu eating habit this would lead me to death and I know we are all dying but I wanted to live longer for my daughter ❤️❤️❤️
