Here's what I baked tonight it's a vegetable casserole with vegetables butter beans and King Edward potatoes, I diced and gently fried some diced onion garlic chilli's in olive oil to slightly caramelise them, then I added a couple of teaspoons of gram flour and mixed that with the olive oil then added some cold water plus the veggies and low salt boulion, this is the only salt that I added to it as I don't add salt to many things or eat a lot of salt plus it's the end of World Salt Awareness Week. I also sprinkled golden linseeds on top before baking for extra crunch and nutrition and baked for approx 45 mins.
This is gluten free and plant based and the vegetables are either organic or were frozen. It was a really easy meal as the oven cooked it slowly for me and I like that.
