Swollen Leg

Anyone dealing with a swollen leg? Just had a bunch of tests run that ruled out clots or infection so it’s looking like it’s due to my bone mets/lesions. My left thigh from hip to knee is about twice the width of my right thigh. Swelling started about two weeks ago and continues to get worse. Figured I’d check in to see if others have been down this road and found a treatment to relieve the swelling. Thanks!

Any lymph node involvement, ? lymphedema, If lymph glands are not working properly you will get lymph fluid pooling into the surrounding tissue.

My last scan showed lymph node involvement for the first time since I was diagnosed four years ago. Sounds like you’re on to something. I’ll ask my oncologist about it when I FaceTime with him today. Thanks!

How did you get on at your consultation with your oncologist? Hope you got some answers regarding the swelling.

He thinks it’s lymphedema and expects that my next round of chemo starting tomorrow will resolve it

I had lymph node involvement and swelling in my lower left leg....full length compression stocking did the trick....stay well!

Wear a compression stocking and keep it elevated.
