Chop a variety of veg into chunks (I've used leek, courgette, peppers, garlic, broccoli, tomato here). Put in a bowl and drizzle olive oil over them. Season. Place on baking tray and roast on medium heat for 40mins. Meanwhile, make pastry: mix 2 eggs with 4 cups of almond flour/ground almonds. Add pinch

ITP cured after parasites eradicated
On October 2020, I celebrated my 3 year anniversary since my last IVIG which was on 10/16/17. It has been about 2.5 years since needing to do Promacta, prednisone, etc. I am wanting to share my story in case it helps even one person with ITP; I no longer have ITP. I came back from a trip to Costa Rica

Results after 3 months on Venetoclax, with questions?
After suffering a major case of hemolytic anemia in July, I was put on Venetoclax and actually had stellar results for three months, until about a week ago now. After my blood tests moving into normal ranges on almost all numbers, I find myself in a situation where my WBC have moved to a below normal

I had a hankering for wedges
So I made some and served them with salad for dinner plus a little sour cream and sweet chilli dipping sauce. I washed, dried and cut up the potatoes then added them to a bowl containing olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano and rosemary. Once they were coated in the oil and spice
