Hi MrRigatoni

I enjoyed reading your post - I wondered what Soffrito mix vegetables is?

For some reason, I seem to be able to chop onions and not be affected by them anymore - whereas when I was much younger, I would be really affected. I am wondering why that is.

Hello did the cooking bit.

Answer below.

When we get older, the brain registers that you are using a product may given you problems before.

Now can identify that so recognised this stops prevents tears.

Quick tip put Onions in the fridge salad drawer.

Cold kills the problems we cut an Onion.

Also cook Onions seperate cook oil and then let them cook down slowly.

Means little problem reduced that we all have with Onions.

Pleasure to help.

Hi MrRigatoni

Both your replies much appreciated, and I do keep my onions in the fridge - so I suspect that's part of the reason. I hadn't realised that made a difference. :-)

Hope you have an enjoyable evening.
