Pleurisy came on without warning! Ouch!!!
I woke up one morning with the worse side pain ever. Very scary. Went to get CT scan: good news no blood clots or pneumonia; bad news cancer in pleural cavity. Ugh!!!! At home with meds and painkillers resting. Yep this MBC is like a wild rollercoaster š¢ ride. Looks like turkey š¦ sandwiches and chips

Bone met pain
I have mets to the pelvic area and one near the spine. The big area is my left hip socket area. I had a hip replacement of the right hip a few years ago and need the left one done now. However, with the mets there, it may not be possible. The socket is reamed out to one mm smaller than the artificial

Missed many days at school, laying with my knees up my chest and crying in pain. Now it's not getting any better, I'm missing work days, my sexual life is ruined due to pain, can't

A quieter week this week!
My husband's very first attempt at baking and it was delicious! I Pottered about flower arranging, and a goodly haul of conkers. Meds still helping cough and breathlessness but stink of deep heat cuz have a very bad pain just above my pelvis on the left side. Yoga in half an hour so some deep stretches

Seven months in on Lupron and Zytiga with typical SE and suddenly in the middle of the night, my

and blood pressure shoots to 222/122. I have never had high blood pressure so this a new event for me.

It all started when I tried a new pillow, I used it for a few days and felt a shooting
pain
at the back of my
head
and top. The
pain
is now gone but sound still remains. Iāve been trying tmj exercises for the past month and this has helped me loads.

Quick taper?
My CRP was rising and with lots of pain killers. Dr raised my 10 mg to 15 mg Prednisilone for 5 weeks. Now, CPR has come down by half and he is advising I reduce to 10 mg , via practice receptionist on telephone , with bloods again in 6 weeks. Question: Is this something like normal practice, and would
