I had sciatica after taking ciprofolxacin, took different pain killers which didn't help ,to bung me up , my son in law recommended a physiotherapist to me, it cost £70 for 2 half hour sessions but it cured my problem, i did try to get a NHS physio but it was going to be weeks before i could get an appointment expensive but worth it.

I found the only thing that helped sciatica was a physio and time!

Thanks whit I’m getting the impression that a physio is probably the best thing. Trouble is getting about as we don’t have a car as my husband had a stroke and I really can’t walk very far at all. 🥰
