Head pain

I did receive a prompt medical assessment this week. Based on history and bloodwork GCA has been ruled out. The headache I have is being treated with over the counter analgesics. My doctor is very good, very concerned and I think he is right but it is hard for me not to wonder. I've had some unfortunate

I fall asleep at bedtime exhausted usually with a little head pain or none yet at this point, hoping it will go away. I might take a pain medicine depending on how bad it is. But then I wake up in the early morning hours (1 - 3am) with extreme head pain that lasts for 4-6 hours.

Just wondered if anyone has any head pain that could be related to the heart or if it is any other possible reasonings as this is the main issue of concern. Thank you!!

What’s thus !! base of head aches migraine. Eyes hurt , weak all over and lethargic cannot move about my muscles spasms . Is it a relapse it’s been 3 weeks

I have head pain .sinus type things going on coughing up.mucus excessively.feeling chilled. Cold fingers. Is this likely to be from dosage not right or will it improve. I have taken the new dosage just over ten days now. And feel terrible. Getting very down.

Now I have neck and back of my head pain that I cannot live with. It is awful as I cannot turn my head without expteme pain. I don't want to go up as I was beginning to gain weight quickly. at 3mgs per day. Is this neck and head pain due to PMR or something else.

Does anyone have head pain with Apixaban ? I have had a pain in my head. For a couple of weeks.

I have been taking shot of Prolia and shot of methotrexate every Tuesday.i have no pain but have tender spots on my head and if does not hurt to touch. I only seem to have it in my temple are and top and back of head.. I had a mri of my head a few years ago.

The pain in my head, neck and shoulders increased when I started NDT and never reduced. I had to increase the use of pain killers.

I haven't felt great since taking but guess It's too early to say my neck pains started again and bit head pain .. am just hoping one day it gets better thank you x

I felt better for several weeks however presently I have upper body pain: arms, neck, also jaw and head. The jaw/head pain is relieved with acetaminophen but not the arm/shoulder pain. Fatigue has been an issue as well.

I'm 41. Never had health issues before. I don't smoke, I used to, about 7 years ago. I don't drink. Haven't drank for ten years. I have been going to the gym weekly for 12 years, doing cross fit for the last 2/3. I woke up on May the 11th this year with a sore arm and shoulder and a bruised feeling

Symptoms are awful and spoke to my GP who now wants to prescribe naproxen for my head pain. I’ve advised her I think the Consultant is wrong as my scan was undertaken 2 weeks after I’ve been taking prednisone and so no signs of inflammation.

However starting to get a little head pain occasionally a twinge and feeling confused of late at work and is becoming noticeable. I am not due to see rheumatology until March 2025.

I asked him why I have got this head pain if it's not a flare, and he said its all down to the pred and I have to reduce by 1mg a month.
