Painkillers
Have had a very rough time over the last week or so, very bad bleed- lost 1.5-2litres! (unnecessary as I had had an Endoscopy two days before when they failed to band some varices) then a completely unexplained seizure whilst on the ward recovering from bleeding and banding. I fell very awkwardly when

Help with RA pain
I am in so much pain at the moment I am taking my predication and painkillers. I am using heat pads, stretching, massage gun, cbd oil and ibuprofen gel but nothing is touching it. I can’t get a physio appointment at the hospital or doctors and cannot afford a private physio. My RA team just dismiss me

11 weeks bad lower back pain
I’ve been suffering with horrendous all day long nausea but the last two days have had horrific back
pain
and
pain
in the right side of my
groin
. It’s milder now but still there and I’m so so worried. It reminds me of the period pain I endured each month with my endometriosis.

Groin pain post lap
Hi everyone Just wondered if it’s normal to have
groin
pain
3 weeks post lap? The lap was to remove my ovarian cyst. I’ve been to GP yesterday and they said it could be muscle related? I’m not convinced though.

Does anyone have advice pls?
I have severe endo which I have been managing best I can with pain killers and by taking the pill to try and get my periods under control. It’s not been perfect but it’s manageable . I was offered a hysterectomy but because of bowel involvement they couldn’t guarantee that I wouldn’t get long term damage

Stopped: B. Longum BB536 (Morinaga) probiotic for gut related health issues (IBS) -> switched to b. infantis 35624 (Alflorex)
I'll no longer take Alflorex and will try another probiotic, Bacillus Coagulans. I also don't take bacillus coagulans anymore. These probiotics weren't beneficial for my health symptoms. **************************** Just started, the 11th of August, with a single strain probiotic, bifidobacterium longum

Calquence and muscle/joint pain
Hi all, After a week on Calquence, my hubs is in excruciating pain - from the hips down. Can barely walk, can't sleep, etc. The pharmacist thinks this is a side effect from the Calquence. He's been taking hydrocodone left over from a procedure and I'm applying BioFreeze, which sort of takes the edge

Blood Test Delays
In July I had a medication review after having to change GP because of some prescription issues. Unlike previous ones which felt little more than box ticking exercises this was very comprehensive looking at every medication, dose and when it was started. Ignoring PRN painkillers I currently take a total

My horrendous sciatica journey, facing being in a wheelchair due to endo. (Long, sorry)
Hi there, I will introduce myself, I am Cheryl, I don't often join in many groups of any kind, as I have high functioning Autism on top of all this, which just makes it a bit more 'interesting' to manage!. I have had sciatic pain on and off in my right leg since around 2017, and it has gradually got

Hello everyone. I was diagnosed with Lupus 8 months ago. It was a completely traumatizing exhausting journey until i finally able to get a proper diagnosis and a proper test. I live in a third world country where health treatment and health care is still very low and backwards compare to developed countries

Copper IUD Agony
I had the copper coil inserted over a year ago now. The pain has been unbearable. During the first few days of my period, I’m bed-bound with the severity of the cramps which I never got before. Painkillers don’t touch it. I feel mislead and lied to because when I got it fitted, I was reassured this would

Problems with a sore and poisonous tasting mouth.
Any advise for my mother who is U.K. based would be much appreciated. For more than 15 years she has complained about a sore tongue and mouth and in her words that most food tasted like poison. I took her to see an oral Consultant who was a locum, he diagnosed sore mouth syndrome very quickly claiming

Just a 3K Run, 40:30 Jeffing ☀️🥵
After an enforced break from running due to a painful tooth abscess I decided to make my comeback run this morning. Root canal treatment starting in 6 weeks, something to look forward to! 😬 The gremlins were out in full force this morning 😈. I had put everything on charge last night. Got up at 6 am
