11 weeks bad lower back pain

Hi, I’m 11 weeks pregnant from ivf . I’ve been suffering with horrendous all day long nausea but the last two days have had horrific back pain and pain in the right side of my groin. It’s milder now but still there and I’m so so worried. It reminds me of the period pain I endured each month with my endometriosis. I’ve had successful scans at 6 and 8 weeks I’m just worried the pain is something to worry about and I should book a private scan at the weekend? I have another week and a half to wait until my next nhs scan. There isn’t any blood and my nausea has actually been a bit better in the last day ( now that worries me too!!)
