Groin pain

does anyone suffer with groin pain when having a flare up

X-rarys show no fracture of the pelvis or hip (partial hip replacement january 2024), but groin pain is getting worse making walking difficult. The pain is mostly on the left side.

A week or so ago I asked about left sided groin pain following a fall off a landing. It felt a lot like initial PMR pain but was not bilateral. On your advice, I returned to the hospital to get checked out. Further X-rays revealed a fracture of the pubic ramus which explains the groin pain.

I was diagnosed May 2023 and have previously posted that I saw a rheumy privately and last time July 2024 he diagnosed pain as age related. I am 72. Can anyone help with armpit and groin pain, one of my glands has been up for a while but had bloods and ultrasound all normal. My ribs are constantly sore chest pain at times and tummy pain. I’ve had so many tests and now just feel like an inconvenience when visiting the g p.

Lots of pain everyday, groin pain, vaginal pain, heaviness, pressure etc. It’s much worse at the time of a period and ovulation. I’m just interested to see if anyone has the same experience and has tried anything that has worked?

I was pain free for 11 weeks and now for the past 2 weeks I’ve been in chronic pain everyday. Pelvis pain, Stabbing groin pain, burning aching legs and lower back pain into my bum. Has surgery not worked? What happens now? I’m terrified I’m going to have to live like this 😖

I’ve had really painful groin pain for 3 months now, finally spoke to my RA nurse today who tells me it’s not a rheumatoid problem because I’m zero positive rheumatoid. Just wondering if anyone has been told the same thing. I find the site helpful and hopefully will be again for this.

I have noticed now I have groin pain on both sides which reminds me of the pain I had before diagnosis of PMR. Then the penny dropped, I no longer have massage as it could affect the muscles/dons etc. Did I make a mistake seeing an osteopath, could I have caused a flare.

The last few days my back has finally come right, I was just getting excited about being able to walk again but yesterday I started getting this awful pain in my groin when I walk, I can't believe it, just when I thought my life might get back to some normality!

Before starting levo I never had any issues like these with hip/groin pain or elbow pain. Very strange. I understand that the levels are fluctuating and the body is balancing-out, but what is happening in the body to create these new, but transient issues?

In November I started with pain in my abdomen and groin .I thought it was a water infection results came back negative. I play everything down as I had no diagnosis at this point. In December / January I took 3 weeks off work.
