Acyline based ADT?
Anyone having experience, or more info, regarding this: "Acyline is a GnRH antagonist available in an oral dosage form, in contrast to current injectable therapies. Fibromyalgia and sweet syndrome together?
Hi, I haven’t posted in some time. I was diagnosed with sweet syndrome last year, hospitalized and put on prednisone and I’m now on colchicine which has helped to keep the sores from getting so bad. I was wondering if there are others with both fibromyalgia and sweet syndrome as well?

Occipital neuralgia
Has anyone who has been struggling through PMR for many years ever had significantly annoying pain in the neck and lower area of the skull ? I'm trying to find out if this is PMR related or is it a separate issue caused by another neurological problem. Apparently, the main symptom of occipital neuralgia

Madopar VS Sinemet
My MDS decided to switch me to Madopar after my 5yrs horrible experiences (side effects) with various grades of Sinemet. He is aware that Zandopa (a brand of Mucuna) gives me far better relief (based on my testimony) than the Sinemet. Hence, he doesn't have any issue with my mucuna usage and even prescribed

Looking for a less conservative strategy

Hi there, I’m still game to hear any off-the-Top-of-your-head questions that you’d pose after being told by both your local doc and your researcher doc at Duke that what you’ve got left to work with is Chemo, Provenge, and Xofigo. We were bummed that Duke had nothing to offer....no trials were mentioned

Apixaban versus Riveroxaban
I have just been prescribed Apixaban by St Barts; formerly I was to have taken Xarelto (Riveroxaban). I was told it was a bit less likely to cause a subconjunctival haemorrhage which I was worried about. Does anyone know anything about the merits and demerits of Apixaban?

Common Herbs With MAO Inhibitor Activity
MAOs, or monoamine oxidases, are enzymes that break down neurotransmitters and stop their messaging activity. MAO-A breaks down serotonin, epinephrine and norepinephrine; MAO-B deactivates dopamine. https://www.livestrong.com/article/82970-common-herbs-mao-inhibitor-activity/

Saw doctor yesterday, scan results say its arthritis in knee with both meniscus worn referred for orthopeadic assessment , but as usual weight will be classed as the main culprit no doubt, when in fact I come from a family with history of such arthritis including gout. Anyway we are moving forward now

Cryotech for pain.
I just saw a tv segment on using cryotechnology for pain relief. Apparently you are exposed to nitrogen generated cold for three minutes to temperatures of -200 to -250 degrees. Has anyone tried this for cancer pain relief?

CBD Oil for Parkinson’s
CBD doesn’t have the psychoactive benefits of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabis’s more famous cannabinoid. It does, however, have other potentially beneficial effects. https://www.healthline.com/health/parkinsons-disease/cbd-oil-for-parkinsons

AFib possibly caused by Macrovascular disease 😳
I decided to go to another Cardiologist for a second opinion on why I'm so weak, nauseous & can't breath, I've cut out all medications except eliquis and feel sicker every day.. The new cardiologist is very worried that I have Macrovascular disease, she is sending me to a University hospital to have
