Saw doctor yesterday, scan results say its arthritis in knee with both meniscus worn referred for orthopeadic assessment , but as usual weight will be classed as the main culprit no doubt, when in fact I come from a family with history of such arthritis including gout. Anyway we are moving forward now and they accept I do have arthritis so guess I should be grateful that the NHS can see me to chat about the chronic health issues that can't be mended. Dieting is a bit difficult when you have gout as both food & exercise have to be done in moderation. I'm off to Stratford-on-Avon today so hope you all have a good weekend.
