AFib possibly caused by Macrovascular disease 😳

I decided to go to another Cardiologist for a second opinion on why I'm so weak, nauseous & can't breath, I've cut out all medications except eliquis and feel sicker every day.. The new cardiologist is very worried that I have Macrovascular disease, she is sending me to a University hospital to have special tests done to determine if I have that or not, she says that can cause AFib also.. Does anyone know anything abt this?
