Check This Out - Genistein and Celebrex Combo - Can Stop Progression of Prostate Cancer
This combo would be easy to take and easy to get. LifeExtention sells a Ultra Soy Extract with 456 mg of Genistein and Celebrex is easy to obtain. I just called my Doc and got a prescription over the phone. Gus https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30673592 https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article

Dutasteride & Abiraterone. The rewrite.
All quotes are from the papers cited in yesterday's confusing: "Dutasteride [Avodart] & Abiraterone [Zytiga]?" 1] "Abiraterone is metabolized in patients to D4A" (Δ4-abiraterone) 2] D4A "has even greater anti-tumor activity" than Abiraterone 3] but "D4A is converted to ... 3-keto-5α-abi" (by 5alpha

Madopar Advice
Need advice on those taking Madopar (or similar). My main symptoms rigidity in back and legs - with a continuous cramp in my feet. I take 125mg x 3 times per day. I really only feel "off" after I take the Madopar. About 20-40 mins after taking the tablet I get serious cramps in back/legs/feet for a period

Read this on Apixaban
A major criticism of the NOACs concluded that there was no way to “reverse” the blood thinning effect in patients who were actively bleeding. That particular limitation for Eliquis has now recently changed. Andexanet alfa was designed to reverse the blood thinning effects of factor Xa inhibitors. Recently

Renal function test
Have just been reading some posts and read that if on apixaban that you should have regular tests. So, what is this test? I don't think I've ever had one. I was diagnosed in August 2017. Since then hardly seen anyone about this and certainly don't recall anything like this. I'm feeling let down by

High LDH
Hi all, I’m trying not to freak out on this Christmas Eve. I have Myelofibrisis for the last 5 years. I’m on wait and watch with aspirin. I just had labs done which show my LDH is 2450. I see on previous labs 2 years ago it was 780. From what I’m reading that sounds like leukemia. Does anyone have it

Amalgam Fillings
Hi, interested in views on amalgam fillings - are they damaging? Do they leech metal poisons into one's system? My husband's back teeth are all amalgam-filled. Believe it or not, his dentist (UK) filled good teeth as a preventative measure for dental caries down the track. Can't help but wonder whether

Comparative Effectiveness of Radical Prostatectomy vs EBRT Plus Brachytherapy in High-Risk Localized Prostate Cancer
This is a study done on "healthy" adults. There are limitations to this study to be sure. It's a population study, and not addressing the advanced disease. Does anyone know about Flecainide and Nebivolol together?
Hi, I'm new here but it's time for me to 'jump in'. I have been following the posts on here for a while now, finding them both interesting and informative, sometimes even quite amusing. A few weeks ago the decision was made to change my 50mg flecainide PIP to a regular dose (2 x 50mg) one in the morning
