I have a 22 year old daughter who was diagnosed last year. She is on meds but no therapy or coaching. She is struggling as well as the rest of us as she is not working to get help. She only uses meds sporadically. When she doesn’t she is up all night and sleeps all day. We are desperate to find some

Keep freezing when wife has anxiety attacks.
Since having our 5 y/o daughter, wife's anxiety has increased dramatically. For the first 4ish years she'd direct her anger towards me. That was hard as of often struggle with feelings of not being good enough in life anyway. I'm now on ADD, anti-depression and anti-anxiety meds, doing better. To my

Genetic testing - nutrigenomics? Nutrahacker, Genetic genie, etc.
Just wanted to share this in case this is of interest or of any help to anyone here. Fatigue BEFORE treatment (A bit of a rant)
I was diagnosed in May, and I realized last night that I am worn out. People say prostate cancer is the "good one". They have no idea. Things move so slowly. It seems from the time you get the high PSA score something is hanging over your head. A month for MRI, hoping for good results. No. Another

I was shocked at how the descriptions fit both him and myself. I am the responsible one, I do take care of alot of the

Outcome of follow up
Hi everyone, I posted here a few days ago about being at a crossroads about our next steps after 8 cycles (5 transfers). We've now had our follow our with our Consultant at our clinic. We've decided initially to go ahead with our final embryo on an Artificial FET in September, with no changes to protocol

PSA Ultrasensitive 0.015 six months after prostatectomy
3 month PSA was <0.1, but that was not ultra sensitive. How worried should I be? Next steps? Urologist wants to see what the 9-month PSA test looks like, and to get a second Decipher genetic test. (I had one prior to surgery.) Pathology from surgery showed margins were positive, but Gleason score

7 Week Review after CABG
7 weeks since I had the CABG x 4... went in for a review with my consultant. Soooo glad I had read up on here, and had the Cardio Rehab assessment beforehand, and had made notes of the questions a needed answers too. It was brutally efficient - [i]yep your op was a success, you can do anything, and

New start..
My daughter's placement was chosen at speed, due to her provider's decision to close the care home where she lived, and she moved into their supported living service after our local authority assured us that most placements now involve this and that no alternative was available. 4 months in, there

How to deal with suicidal thoughts
I've been having some relapses for the past weeks. A lot of thoughts of abuse, loss and codependency I've experience in the past that keeps invading my thoughts while I'm working on things and my emotional state is crippled everytime. To the point where I barely have energy to do anything for the rest

angry about kidney transplant?
I received a kidney transplant about a year ago. I was donated a live one. However, I was very uncertain about transplant, and feel like I was pushed into having one due to other people’s insistence, amongst other things. As such, I am very resentful and angry. additionally, everyone treats my donor

Our Pluvicto story
I need to begin by saying how grateful we are to have received Pluvicto at a time when so many could not. I'm grateful for our medical team that fought so hard to get approval for Pluvicto at a time when no one was able to get it. My husband was able to complete all 6 treatments with little side effects
