How do you space out meds and supps?!
I understand the basics, it's best to keep calcium and iron at least four hours away from medication, it's best to take medication on an empty stomach and not eat until at least an hour later. When I was just on levo that was fine. Now I'm taking three separate doses of medication through the day, plus

OMG RA GETS A MENTION!
Watching daybreak, news came on & RA was in the news. Apparently eating oily fish once a week can help prevent the risk of getting Rheumatoid Arthritis. Well i really dont like these type of fish , but before being diagnosed with RA 4 years ago i did for a number of years take daily cod liver oil every

Can anyone please tell me if it is safe for my husband who is on oxygen 24/7 to use this cream. His whole body is very dry and scaly which make him scratch, no skin problems just very dry skin. I went on the web but there is no specific answer for the use of this cream, there are answers for hand

Have you run with cold??
I am to run my RfL on 14th and was looking forward to do another Park Run tomorrow and I have caught a cold! I ate 2 fruits and had a Lemsip and Vitamin C and the time is only 11.21am! I don't feel all that good and quite anxious whether this cold would get worse. I suffered from a bad cold and a cough

VITAMIN D AND ASTHMA
I treated myself to a packet of jelly babies(as recommended on this site) and Hello magazine. There was an article in Hello about the effect of a high level of Vitamin D and better asthma control. I think someone else has mentioned this before. We need some sunshine...I take cod liver oil capsules

I know its a bit of an impossible question, its just its become very apparent that my biggest triggers are colds and viruses. My asthma is reasonably well controlled, but the minute I have a cold or virus my asthma spirals downhill, my peak flow drops, I wake at night, have symptoms most of the day and

A question about cod liver oil.
I have for many years taken one cod liver oil capsule per day hoping that it may help keep my joints working better. The doctors I have seen are all happy with this, even though some may not be convinced that there is much benefit. As it is a fatty acid I wonder whether it may increase the very long
