Cold sores and Orencia
Hi, can I ask if anyone has suffered with cold sores when taking Orencia (Abatacept)? I got 5 after taking my 2nd weekly injection, 2 up my nose (ouch) and 3 around my mouth. I've not taken Orencia for 3 weeks now, waiting for sores to clear up. GP gave me a course of Aciclovir tablets and they are slowly

Hello. I'm new here.
I found this site by chance. I read many posts. Very helpful. Thank you. I have been diagnosed with COPD about 2 years ago and can't really come to terms with it. I keep reading. Bit shy on posting.

Psoriasis delay
Waiting times are very bad in Angus. Had a letter telling me my referral to dermatologist would be 20 weeks not 12!!! My psoriasis was very bad but I find the best for me is using Epaderm cream (from doc regularly ( daily )to keep skin moist and covering myself with Exorex lotion. It works better

Spinal Cord Stimulator
All of a sudden things are progressing with my Spinal Cord Stimulator. I have an appointment on Feb 3rd to complete all the paperwork. On Feb 8th I will have a trial implant which will remain in place for about a week. Hopefully things will go well and I can have the permanent implant shortly after.

Taking of supplements
Somewhere along the line I feel sure I have been told to avoid taking over the counter supplements that may interfere with Aspirin and Warfarin. (plus bisoprolol, isotard, ramipril, atorvastatin, omeprazole), I am more recently suffering aching joints and bones particularly in my neck but feel these

New to treatment.
Hi, I'm new here, hubby and I just started our IVF treatment. I'm on day 9 of Buseralin shots. Had some bloating, little discomfort & heaviness after its done. Peeing lots, wired vs tired. Hubby says he's not noticed a major change in me. Told him lets play it day by day as one day I might flip the switch

New to COPD
I have a few questions I'm hoping someone can help me with? 1) At what stage you were referred out to a pulmonoligist? 2) Does anyone else have a ulcer with this? I'm not sure if it's normal or not? 3) can you feel this in your lungs or is it just a feeling of breathlessness? 4) did you ever have swelling

New Lupus Sufferer
Hi I have just been diagnosed with DLE lupus. I have horrible red scars, one on top of my forehead and three on side of my face. I hate them. Lucky I can cover them up and use a brilliant natural concealer called Jane Iredale. I have been using Elocon cream for a week now but haven't noticed much
