Hi Guys & Dolls , Just to warn you all that the season of colds and people sneezing everywhere is upon us ,Try to stay clear of people with colds and if you go to the super market try and wipe trolly handles ect if pos,I have not had a cold for 3 years and the two I did get 3 years ago where from people in crowded shops, Josie xx

Hello Magpuss - mine too. I try to walk everywhere if I can, but sometimes public transport can be a necessary evil.....and woe betide if you dare open a window......

Well said Josie. I rarely go to supermarkets as I use internet shopping but popped into Tesco today. I had to run the gauntlet of the coughers and sniffers at the pharmacy section on my way to buy prevenative spray AAAAGH!

Hi stillstanding63 I am like you I do my shopping online but today feel depressed I don't know why just one of those days hopefully tomorrow will be better what doesn't help l. Don't sleep through the night so I never get a good nights sleep well that's my moan for today

My last cold & chest infection were three years ago in November.

I caught it on the French tgvRailway. From Cannes to Paris to London. Needed steroids and a nebuliser on arrival at home.

That is till last week .........hubby & I share everything. .....He picked up a bug between France and Ireland. ........now it's my turn to cough and splutter, and popping the Amoxyl....

Wear gloves when out and about. I use thin leather ones which still allow me to grip things like handle and steering wheels.
