Advice on Levothyroxine dose and brand
I also struggled with IBS for years, randomly became lactose-intolerant in 2018 and the
FODMAP
diet didn't work at all. I have since gone on a plant-based diet, with meat max 1/weekly, due to difficulty in digesting meat and dairy.

Does anyone else have Hypoglycaemia, IBS, stomach issues, & intolerances?
I changed my diet last summer to try to follow
FODMAP
and gluten free, which certainly helped, and I lost almost a stone but that has slowly crept back on, even though my diet hasn't really changed.

Reduced BM following diet change?
As I am going through diagnostics atm (from positive FIT and high Calprotectin), I thought I'd change my diet to low
FODMAP
but together with loss of appetite, my BM has gone from 3-4 diarrhea a day to 1-2 alternating soft ragged to slight constipation. Is this normal?

I was wondering if anyone else has tried the
FODMAP
diet, especially in combination with other diets. I have been told I should be on the
FODMAP
, diabetic, weight loss, and GERD diets. I was feeling really overwhelmed.

Fodmap and dietician positive results so far
I have been following Low
FODMAP
fruit and vegetables only as I wasn't in the other category that removes the other elements. I am now on week one of reintroduction. Positives not constipated but still get questionable days, not as windy or noisy stomach.

Anyone else experienced this
I have been trying the
FODMAP
diet, which hasn't made any difference to the dark patches in my poo. I also had another colonoscopy just last weekend. Once again this came back clear.

Mystery Symptoms - Anyone Else?
The low
FODMAP
diet helped with other symptoms like terrible-smelling gas, bloating, foul-smelling loose / watery stools, and post-meal reflux. The early-morning stomach burning and reflux remain though. This is on a completely empty stomach, as I typically eat dinner around 7:00 p.m.

Wind and bloating - after lunch only
The start of this year I started following the low
FODMAP
diet and introduced things in and out of a few weeks, noting that Veg and Legumes were my worst enemy, so I stayed away and realised o felt a lot better. From about Feb until recently my stomach has been fine.

Dietitians Advice
She didn't suggest a
FODMAP
diet immediately, but has given me a list of fruit and veg I can eat. Some are surprising as I'm type 2 diabetic (bananas and melon) and I'm to have only 2 portions of fruit and 3 portions of veg daily. What surprised me the most was only 2 cups of tea or coffee.

Any help/advice welcome.Desperate.
I understand it's a process, and that not all
FODMAP
items may work for me, I.E. lettuce, potatoes, and eggs I have eliminated so far from the edibles list. Since I have gone
FODMAP
friendly, I have had diarrhea for a little over a week. Daily.

I've tried every diet going, Low
Fodmap
, free from just about everything, Specific SCD diet, Keto. I've kept food diary's. I've tried most of the supplements going but to no avail. All of the recommended probiotics and probiotics have just made me worse.

food diary & diet
My doctor recommended trying gluten free, meat free, dairy free, and a low
FODMAP
diet, but separately to see what works. Has anyone had any luck with any of these? And are there any apps you would recommend to help keep track of everything you’ve eaten / your symptoms? Thanks!
