Jackfruit Chilli
I also omitted the onions and garlic to make it low
fodmap
, adding the kidney beans is okay as mine made 6 serving, I made less than the recipe says, which is 8 servings, as I don't add any rice to mine. https://keepinitkind.com/pulled-jackfruit-chili/ Stay safe and well. Alicia 😊

Omeprazole 20mg for bloating
I haven't had any side effects apart from some headaches but am tempted to stop taking it and go back to natural remedies (low
fodmap
diet, lots of water, exercise) Has anyone here had a similar experience?

Could work be causing my flare up?!
I tried the low
FODMAP
back in August , but never followed through the re introduction phase throughly as life got in the way. So now the dietician has put me on another kind of diet which is just limiting high fructan foods and focusing on high polyols and fructose .

Increased fibre causing extreme constipation and abdominal pains
My GP has said its probably IBS (which I do not agree with since I have never had an issue before this) and so I adopted a low
FODMAP
diet to no avail. I am at my wits end because the useless advice I've been getting from professionals is "increase fibre and water intake"............

Occasional diarrhoea, bloating. IBS?
Eventually it changed to diarrhoea every weekend, and I thought maybe I was eating differently at a weekend (more likely to have takeaway/eat out) so started being very careful with what I ate (tried low
FODMAP
, no dairy, no garlic, onions etc) but this didn't help at all.

Sotalol and bloating
I've been eating low
fodmap
for weeks to see if that made a difference but still couldn't figure out why I had bloating, stomach ache etc first thing in the morning after only drinking warm water.

Does anyone else suffer from chronic tension headaches?
I came to the conclusion that the muscle spasms were being caused by histamine overload and a low histamine/low
fodmap
diet has helped the problem, but not solved it.

Mediterranean diet
Some foods contain types of carbohydrates called FODMAPs, which can be problematic in some people - you can only find out which by doing a
FODMAP
elimination & reintroduction diet.

Christmas dinner completed
Hi all I've now made my nut roast which I've made suitable for a low
fodmap
diet (a diet for those with IBS). I've also made my favourite brownies and raw bars, again suitable for low
fodmap
. I honestly don't think you can beat the brownies.

Here again with more weird symptoms! Anyone help?
My digestive system went into free fall - so I was put on a low
FODMAP
diet - which has only pointed out I have a massive problem with gluten and oats. During this time I kept breaking out in hives randomly and being and feeling fairly sick.

Constant Lower Abdominal Pain But No Change in Bowels - Getting Desperate
I'm now on week 4 of low
FODMAP
, and I've been noting down everything I'm eating. I've not noticed any improvements or trigger foods, so I'm not sure it's diet-related. The diet is just making me more miserable and drained. I've tried Fybogel sachets to try and increase my fibre intake.

SIBO Test Update
I genuinely do not hold one iota of respect for clinicians at this stage who play ego-driven gods, whilst negating their patients concerns and fobbing them off with random catch-all excuses like IBS or 'just follow the
fodmap
diet' without ever considering, exploring or treating the underlying conditions

More flare-ups than ever before
I’m so baffled and considering trying a low
FODMAP
diet. I’m really grasping at straws to try and help improve things. Any ideas/advice/suggestions? Thank you.
