There is a Monash fodmap app that will guide you through reintroduction of high fodmap foods. From what I can gather the NHS recommends a different app but the Monash one is updated more frequently as they test new foods and it also gives you the safe amounts.

Hth :)

I have just been placed on Low Fod Map diet again. I did it for 2 weeks a few months ago but found no difference. The dietician put my problems down to medication. I have just spent 5 days in hospital with stomach problems so they have put me back on it with a referal to another dietician. I use the Monash University site often. It has recipes, alternatives and lots of useful information.

Have you tried Alflorex probiotic to see if this helps with making you more tolerant to foods? How many FODMAPs did you need to eliminate? Are you managing to consume more FODMAPs than not?

You are supposed to go through the reintroduction phase to figure out which food groups you can & cannot tolerate. Second the Monash app for reintroduction.
