Headache
It’s now become a bit of a sinus thing and I’ve got a head cold.. it’s summer here so it’s not a seasonal
flu
.. I feel out of it and am very fatigued regardless of how much sleep I get.. any ideas?

Chest pain
So my chest has actually not been that bad until now, I had the
flu
, or I think that’s what it was, my body temperature was really high I had aches and pains, and a headache I literally couldn’t move out of bed because I felt poorly, and ever since now my chest pains are really bad, I have intense chest

Covid Jab poorly afterwards but worth it!
I had a
flu
jab this year and never really struggle with colds. And if we can go through our injuries and other troubles and come out the other side, this is nothing compared to that.

Thank you
This certainty was bolstered by the fact that following COVID I had asked for the
flu
jab this year and the surgery had recognised I was not in the right code, section so had moved me. Following the discussions I decided to just make sure and rang my surgery. I was not down for the vaccine.

COVID vaccines and the immune system - Presentation
Confirmed that Man
flu
was a real condition. Of course, we guys have always known this, but to have it confirmed by an eminent medical professional such as Ellie just makes it all believable.

I kept having hot flushes and just feeling like I was coming down with the
flu
only it never happened. I got worried and thought it was Covid but was tested repeatedly and it kept coming back negative.

People gave up on flu pandemic measures a century ago when they tired of them – and paid a price.
In my research as a historian of medicine, I’ve seen again and again the many ways our current pandemic has mirrored the one experienced by our forebears a century ago. https://theconversation.com/people-gave-up-on-

COVID jab reaction.
Has anyone still experienced
flu
like symptoms a week after having their jab? Had my vaccine a week ago and still don’t feel ok. I’ve got a runny nose and feel tired and washed out. Don’t know wether to ring docs or just try to ride it out.

Out of Remission. Starting over...
My dr believes that the adjuvant in the
flu
shot was the culprit. Now when I look back I had the same reaction last year when I had the pneumonia and the
flu
shot but because I wasn’t in remission I just thought it was a flareup due to PMR.

Vaccine
I had vaccine the Oxford Zeneca on the 6th of feb and after a few hours I started to feel dreadful with
flu
like symptoms. After taking Paracetamol every 4hrs I started to feel better after 48hrs. I do hope I now have some antibodies and I also know what to expect when I get 2nd dose .

Yet another comeback!
At least I had cunningly managed to twin track time off for an Achilles problem with recovering from a dose of vaccine induced man
flu
! My ankle/ heel felt ok this morning, but I have been there before.

Update on dad - Covid/Ventilator
The first few days he said he felt like he had the
flu
and then his breathing and oxygen levels became increasingly worse. On Dec 26 we called the ambulance and he was admitted to the hospital. Over the next 3 days, we lived in a state of hell to put it lightly.

Help Breaking Pattern
All of summer 2019, I was overdosed and really crashed with a bad
flu
in Dec 2019 which I cannot seem to get rid of (still have sinus issues, "full" ears, dry eyes, runny nose and a bad cough).

Recovery Run
I felt like I had
flu
like symptoms. Better but a bit tired on Wednesday. I tried a run today. 4.5K but REALLY slow - my slowest run. I guess I was probably not 100%. But definitely better than NIL Km. AND best of all - no aches or soreness.

Day 4
Just the past couple of years I have been able to get my
flu
shots by myself. I had a shot in my wrist maybe 11 years ago and I almost had to be peeled off the ceiling. I want my boyfriend to be there with me but with the pandemic, they probably won't let him be there. I just need some relief.
